Your questions answered! We have put together a list of the most commonly asked Questions and Answers!
IS IT SAFE TO ATTEND?
We work with Health & Safety experts, Environmental Health, Public Health England and the Local Authorities to develop a dynamic Covid-19 Transmission Mitigation Plan to ensure coming to our event is safer than a visit to the shops.
CAN WE WALK AROUND THE EVENT?
You are free to explore the event and visit toilets, attractions and concessions but we ask that you return to your spot and try to spend as little time as possible roaming around in the smallest group possible.
CAN WE CHOOSE WHERE TO SIT?
Unless you have a Drive-In ticket (Drive-In events only) you are free to choose a spot to sit in one of our marked floor zones designed for 150 people, you must maintain social distancing and follow guidelines at all times.
DO WE HAVE TO WEAR MASKS?
It is not compulsory to wear a facemask outdoors, but please feel free to wear one if you wish. Our customer facing staff will be wearing masks.
WILL THERE BE HAND SANITISER?
We will have hand sanitation points at key locations around the event, please use them. We also encourage you to bring your own.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT GETS CANCELLED?
We successfully organised and ran all five of our events in 2020 despite postponing two of our dates due to Lockdown 2 in November! We will never cancel an event, we always book backup dates with our venues just in case. Tickets are non-returnable but if you are unable to make a postponed event, you can use your ticket at the following years event OR at any of our other events! Whichever option you choose, we guarantee you will not lose your tickets or money.
We are very proud of our determination to ensure our events go ahead :)
IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?
Yes, there will be a dedicated disabled car park located as close as possible to the event, at most venues this will be on hard standing. Follow the signs to the correct car park.
ARE THERE ACCESSIBLE TOILETS?
Yes, there will be dedicated accessible loos at locations around the event area.
DO CARERS GET A DISCOUNT?
All Adults and Children (excluding infants) will require a full price entry ticket.
IS THERE A TAXI PICK UP / DROP OFF AREA?
Yes, please ask your driver to follow event signage, please be aware that due to the large amount of vehicles leaving the event, taxi's should be ordered for 11.30pm.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, there are no restrictions on the food and drink you bring except for BBQ's which are strictly forbidden.
ARE THE FAIRGROUND RIDES INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
Sorry, no. Traders, concessions and fairground rides are all pay as you go at the event.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG TO THE EVENT?
No, sorry, please do not bring pets to this event.
CAN WE BRING TABLES, CHAIRS AND BLANKETS?
Yes! We encourage you to make yourself comfortable! There is plenty of space!
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
The show must go on! Fireworks are waterproofed and are not affected by the weather, wind can have an effect on the performance of skydivers and hot air balloons. Dress appropriately for the conditions!
IS THERE A CASH MACHINE AT THE EVENT?
No so please bring cash with you, many of our vendors and attractions also accept card payments.
WHAT'S THE LATEST WE CAN ARRIVE?
Gates are closed for safety, closing times will be detailed in the event schedule.
IS PARKING FREE?
Parking on site at all of our events is free!
DO WE NEED TICKETS FOR INFANTS?
If your child is an infany, entry to our events is FREE and you do not require a ticket!
CAN I PAY AT THE GATE?
In 2021 tickets must be purchased online in advance. If you do not have a ticket you will not be able to enter the event.
I HAVE LOST MY TICKET WHAT CAN I DO?
Firstly check your spam or junk folder, if you cannot find them, email with as much info about your booking as possible, we will do our best to find your tickets and email them to you!
I ACCIDENTLY BOOKED THE WRONG EVENT!
Don't worry! Send us an email to and we can change the tickets to the right event for you!
CAN WE BRING A GAZEBO?
There is a limited amount of gazebo pitches available for each event, you will be allocated a gazebo pitch 4m wide x 6m deep to setup your own gazebo. Max gazebo size is 3m x 3m. Gazebo permits must be purchased alongside entry tickets.

WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?
You can arrive to set up camp anytime after midday on Saturday, you must leave by 11am on Sunday morning.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE?
There will be access to drinking water and toilets but there is no electricity or effluent waste disposal. Please take your rubbish home with you.
CAN WE WATCH THE FIREWORKS FROM CAMP?
No you will need to watch the fireworks from the audience area.
WHERE DO WE PITCH AND WHERE DO WE PARK?
The campsite is first come first served, you will park your car alongside your pitch.
